Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hbd88 ("we", "us", "our", "hbd88", or the "Platform") and you, the registered user ("you", "your", or "Player"), with respect to your access to and use of the hbd88 website at hbd88.io and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming products offered by hbd88.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Account Security and Responsibility

hbd88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where suspicious activity, unauthorised access, or security risks are detected. In such circumstances, hbd88 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder at the registered email address.

Deposits and Payment Methods

hbd88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for use by players in Bangladesh:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet

The following deposit limits apply to all hbd88 accounts unless alternative limits have been approved in writing by hbd88:

• Daily deposit limit (default): ৳1,000,000

All deposits are credited to your hbd88 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are processed in real time and funds are generally available within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. hbd88 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hbd88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before approving withdrawals.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time subject to the following conditions and limits:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000
• Daily withdrawal limit (default): ৳1,000,000
• Processing time: 2–6 hours for approved withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved by hbd88's compliance team following identity verification. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity.

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, you may be required to complete full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This includes providing a government-issued photo identification document, proof of your current address dated within the last 3 months, and confirmation of your payment method. hbd88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

hbd88 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, hbd88 will notify the player at the registered email address and may request supporting documentation to resolve the matter.

Bonuses and Promotions

hbd88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and met the minimum deposit requirement for the relevant promotion.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. These specific terms are disclosed at the point of each promotional offer.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses range from 20x to 35x the total of the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Free bet credits must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused free bets expire without value.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• hbd88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Players who have self-excluded or requested a cooling-off period are not eligible to participate in any bonus or promotional offers during that period.
• hbd88 may require players to opt in to a promotion before making a qualifying deposit. Retrospective bonus applications are not accepted.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players to trigger bonus conditions, or systematically exploiting promotions through matched betting strategies, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances, voiding of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on hbd88, including cricket betting, football wagering, and all other sports markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by hbd88. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. hbd88 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you submit your bet and when it is processed, you will be offered the new odds or the option to cancel.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Individual market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the betting interface. hbd88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets without prior notice.
• In-play betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical match moments (wickets, breaks in play, VAR reviews, etc.). hbd88 is not liable for bets that could not be placed during market suspension periods.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, incorrect odds resulting from data feed errors, market manipulation, or events that render the original market invalid.
• Settlement: Bets are settled according to official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). hbd88 uses official data feed providers for result verification.
• Cash out: The cash out feature is available on selected markets and is offered at hbd88's sole discretion. hbd88 reserves the right to suspend or remove the cash out feature at any time without notice.

In the event of a palpable error in odds (including but not limited to odds offered at a grossly incorrect price due to system or human error), hbd88 reserves the right to void all affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. hbd88 will notify affected players and return staked funds in full.

Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on hbd88, including live dealer games, slot machines, table games, and instant win games, are subject to the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. By participating in any casino game on hbd88, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. The outcomes of all games are random and cannot be influenced or predicted.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the game providers and are theoretical averages calculated over a very large number of game rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from the published RTP.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbd88 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the hbd88 platform in any way, including placing bets, spinning games, or exploiting promotions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or tournament game format.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

hbd88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your hbd88 account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit hbd88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hbd88 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hbd88 platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to binding arbitration administered in accordance with international arbitration rules, and that you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against hbd88.

Amendments to These Terms

hbd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the hbd88 platform and may request account closure prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
